Hey Dr. Ben & Zoe! Please find the current status of your onboarding checklist below. Be sure to check the status beneath each task for instructions and pending updates.

How this page works

You'll notice a button “I've shared access” under each task. It's helpful if you click this once you've attempted to add us — we'll be notified and will let you know as soon as possible if there's an issue.

If you notice “Stuck”, this usually means we need help on your end, so be sure to check the notes!

We'll update you as we gain access to these items, but you can always check back here for the latest status.

  • How to share access

    Go to business.google.com → your profile → Businesses / Users → Add. Add our agency number 5415495517 as a Manager; or accept our management request if you received an email from Google.

  • How to share access

    For WordPress: Users → Add New, create an Administrator account for launch@hoopless.com. For other platforms (Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow), invite us as a collaborator/admin and let us know the platform.
    Note / bottleneck

    There appears to be an issue with mail delivery, as no emails from WordPress are coming through even when we manually attempt password reset. This wouldn't be caused on our end - it's usually caused by WordPress's default PHP mail() function. We will fix that once we're in, but for now, please set password manually by navigating to our user page and looking for the button "set new password" - you'll then be able to create a password manually, which you can then share with us!

  • How to share access

    In Google Ads: Admin (tools) → Access and security → +. Add our manager account ID (we'll send this) with Admin access, or invite launch@hoopless.com directly.

  • How to share access

    In GA4: Admin → Account/Property Access Management → +. Add launch@hoopless.com with Editor (or Administrator) role.

  • How to share access

    In GHL: Settings → My Staff / Team → Add Employee, or share sub-account access. Invite launch@hoopless.com as an Admin user.

    Does Circle have their own Go High Level account? It sounds like from Jack, he is using an agency account, so cannot share access.
