You'll notice a button “I've shared access” under each task. It's helpful if you click this once you've attempted to add us — we'll be notified and will let you know as soon as possible if there's an issue.
If you notice “Stuck”, this usually means we need help on your end, so be sure to check the notes!
We'll update you as we gain access to these items, but you can always check back here for the latest status.

How to share access
Go to business.google.com → your profile → Businesses / Users → Add. Add our agency number 5415495517 as a Manager; or accept our management request if you received an email from Google. -
How to share access
For WordPress: Users → Add New, create an Administrator account for launch@hoopless.com. For other platforms (Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow), invite us as a collaborator/admin and let us know the platform.Note / bottleneckClient says they added us, but we never received email notification or password link. Please try creating a password manually and sending it to launch@hoopless.com.
